Our Classes

Engineered to Break You Down and Build You Up

At IronPulse, we don't believe in random, unstructured workouts. Every class, program, and piece of equipment in our facility serves a specific purpose: to make you stronger, faster, and more resilient. We offer specialized training modalities led by experts who understand the science of human performance. Whether you are an absolute beginner looking to lose fat or an advanced athlete preparing for a competition, our structured programs will get you there.

Strength & Powerlifting

Our flagship program focuses on the big three: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. These heavy, compound movements are the foundation of true physical strength. In these small-group sessions, our coaches will obsessively critique your form, teach you proper bracing mechanics, and guide you through progressive overload cycles to ensure you are consistently adding weight to the bar safely.

HIIT Burn & Conditioning

If you want to incinerate fat while preserving muscle mass, steady-state cardio won't cut it. Our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes combine heavy kettlebells, assault bikes, concept2 rowers, and plyometrics into grueling 45-minute circuits. We monitor your heart rate to ensure you stay in the optimal anaerobic zone, maximizing calorie burn during the workout and triggering the 'afterburn' effect for hours afterward.

Combat Fit (Boxing & Muay Thai)

You don't need to want to step in the ring to train like a fighter. Our Combat Fit classes teach legitimate striking techniques—punches, kicks, knees, and elbows—using heavy bags and focus mitts. These classes develop explosive rotational power, lightning-fast reflexes, and unparalleled cardiovascular endurance, all while teaching you practical self-defense mechanics.

Recovery & Mobility Zone

You only grow when you recover. IronPulse features a dedicated recovery wing equipped with cold plunge tubs, an infrared dry sauna, NormaTec compression boots, and dedicated mobility space. We also host weekly mobility and yoga classes specifically designed to undo the damage of heavy lifting, improve joint range of motion, and prevent injuries so you can get back under the bar faster.

Questions About Our Classes

Yes. To ensure our coaches can give adequate attention to form, our classes are capped at 15 people. You must reserve your spot via our member app up to 48 hours in advance.
Bring water, a towel, and athletic wear. We have loaner boxing gloves available for your first few sessions, but we recommend purchasing your own hand wraps at the front desk for hygiene.
If you have active pain or a recent injury, you must get clearance from a doctor. However, our coaches are experts in biomechanics and can provide variations (like box squats or trap-bar deadlifts) that remove stress from the lower back.
Our commercial cold plunge units are strictly maintained at 45°F (7°C). We require members to shower before use and limit sessions to a maximum of 5 minutes for safety.
Yes. You cannot out-train a bad diet. We offer macro-coaching and meal-planning services as an add-on to any membership, customized for fat loss, muscle gain, or athletic performance.
