Client Information

Yes, to ensure every client receives dedicated time and attention without feeling rushed, we operate strictly by appointment. We do not accept walk-ins.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
Absolutely. If you are considering a major color correction or hair extensions, we require a complimentary 15-minute consultation prior to booking the service.
Yes. We are committed to clean beauty. All of our color lines and styling products are 100% cruelty-free, and we offer many vegan-friendly options.
To maintain a serene, relaxing environment for all of our guests, we ask that you do not bring children or pets to the studio unless they are receiving a service or are registered service animals.
