This allows our stylists to prepare for your specific needs and guarantees that your time in the chair is uninterrupted and thoroughly relaxing.

Our front desk concierge will review your request and get back to you within one business day. If you are a new client seeking a color transformation (such as going from dark to blonde, or correcting a previous color), please note that in your message. We will likely schedule a brief, complimentary 15-minute consultation to assess your hair's history and perform a strand test before booking the full service.

Bridal Inquiries: If you are inquiring about wedding services, please include your wedding date, the location where you will be getting ready, and the total number of people requiring hair and makeup services in your party. We recommend booking bridal services at least six to eight months in advance, as our peak season weekend dates fill up very quickly.

Booking Information

We recommend booking haircuts 2-3 weeks in advance, and color services 4-6 weeks in advance, especially if you require an evening or Saturday appointment.
Yes, a valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. Lengthy services (like extensions or color correction) require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Please call the studio immediately. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to alter the service (e.g., skip the blowout) or reschedule you entirely to avoid inconveniencing the next client.
While we are typically fully booked, we do occasionally have same-day cancellations. Please call the front desk rather than using the web form to check for immediate availability.
There is metered street parking available on Rosewood Ave, as well as a public parking structure located just one block east of the studio on Oak Street.
